Online, I pick up all sorts of people who follow me around and harass me, trying to get me banned and such.
They see that I’m a famous preacher and choose to harass me and say lies about me. When people do this, they run a real risk of losing Heavenly blessings. Instead of preaching to thousands, if a guy runs a lot of automation bots to downvote, censor and get mods to ban me, less people hear the Good News Gospel of Jesus Christ than I would normally preach to. It’s quite a serious offense to make it your life’s mission to fight vs God and his followers, so I try and warn the guy, and others not to do that.
Think about it this way: If there’s nothing after Earth, you win nothing by opposing God.
But, if God exists, and you should have been good, loving and truthful to all, you opposed the ways of love, and it ain’t good.
Some will go, but what about the infinite number of other religions I might mess up? The seriousness of this is beyond compare.
Imagine a worldly king who has a large kingdom and on the outskirts, instead of welcoming emissaries, you kicked them out of your town owned by the king shouting obscenities and scathing threats. The king is going to return with soldiers and punish you. The King of Kings is even more intense, and has more blessings and punishment than you can even dream of. So I don’t want these fools losing their blessings by rejecting God’s messengers.
Here’s the letter I wrote:
Matthew 5: 11 “Happy are you when people insult you and persecute you and tell all kinds of evil lies against you because you are my followers. 12 Be happy and glad, for a great reward is kept for you in heaven. This is how the prophets who lived before you were persecuted.
Sir, when you choose to lie and slander me, Jesus piles up treasures to those who experience such treatment. Wealth beyond human understanding is rewarded. Even deeper fellowship of God, angels and martyrs who also experienced such treatment is in the reward. My goal is to tell more people to be good and loving to each other through Jesus.
I’m not the enemy you want me to be, I have friends who are both liberal and friends who are conservative. Everyone thinks the world needs more love. My liberal friends know I don’t ask them to change their life in any way. Who am I to be a barrier between man and God by telling them they must do something before learning about Jesus? No, I’m not the enemy you think I am. If I was your enemy, I would not write this letter explaining how you should not be giving me your Heavenly blessings.
Sir, I want you to understand that I’m quite blessed enough and do not need you to lose your heavenly blessings on my account. I’ve told many tens of millions about Jesus Christ and many have accepted the God of Love through me. God already has a tremendous blessing on me now and waiting for me when I pass away from this short Earthly sojourn. I do not need God to take away your Heavenly blessings and add it to my already great stack of rewards.
Matthew 13:12 For the person who has something will be given more, so that he will have more than enough; but the person who has nothing will have taken away from him even the little he has.
Matthew 25: 28 Now, take the money away from him and give it to the one who has ten thousand coins. 29 For to every person who has something, even more will be given, and he will have more than enough; but the person who has nothing, even the little that he has will be taken away from him. 30 As for this useless servant—throw him outside in the darkness; there he will cry and gnash his teeth.’
God sees everything. What do you think there is to gain by harassing a guy who spreads the love of Jesus by encouraging people to have fun? God sees it all. I don’t want you losing your eternal Heavenly blessings. I already have more blessings than I could wish for!
Love’s the way.
Truth’s the way.
When you have love and truth, you have the way of life.
