Proverbs 28:9 If you do not obey the law, God will find your prayers too hateful to hear.
There’s two fires that burn in a man’s heart: Love or Hate.
You stoke one and squelch the other. This is your choice as a soul.
When you live all for yourself, that’s a form of hate. We should live in a way to help everyone we can and often this doesn’t take money, like smiling, joking lifting one another up. We must choose love to be heard by God. Everyone knows love is the most powerful thing, you can feel it. I’m just helping you realize there’s a Spirit that tips the scales for humanity that we should be loving, otherwise man’s end is hate for there’s more gain in selfishness otherwise… And if everyone is burning with hate, that’s how wars happen.
but the church is in on it.
The church can’t get between you and Jesus. There’s nothing that stops that.
Besides, the church is us. If the church is screwing up, we love better as individuals.
Besides, isn’t everything going according to God’s Plan?
I know great theologians, great men of industry that thought that for most of their life. “They will be done” to some means,”God keep doing it your way.” But more advanced theology than this is,”God’s way can be done in many different ways… How can we pray for others comfort? By doing so, it shows our heart is loving and thus gives more glory to the one who asks us to stop being selfish and be more loving.” You get it? We have the power to change reality if God wills it, and this great power shows really just how loving we are.
I hope this makes some sense, keep asking questions if it doesn’t. There’s not a thing you could ask me that I have cognitive dissonance on.
