He is Risen
To those who believe that love is the way; To those who believe that Truth won on Easter Sunday when Jesus rose from the dead three days after The Truth was crucified; To those who know Jesus as The Way, The Truth and The Life; we can spend forever with him! Spending forever with The Life is eternal life. The Lion of Zion is kind to his own.
To those who reject Jesus to hate others, think they deserve more than others to the degree they use and abuse each another. The Good News is no longer fragrant, but a stench that reminds them they are being lost. Those who poison and destroy their brothers are living a lie.
To want to be a Mafia or Gangster is lame. The devil lies to culture gansgters are cool, but it’s the lamest thing ever. It is not cool to exploit and shoot your fellow humanity to get wealthy. Imagine if a Mob Boss Gangster called a Hit Man to kill his biggest rival. The Hit Man goes out, shoots the rival, leaves him dying in a ditch then tells the Mob Boss of the hit. Both the Hit Man, Mob Boss and his gang celebrates for a few days discussing all the things they’ll do the now defenseless rival’s family. Then three days later they hear the news from the Rival’s family that he recovered. The Rival had the Mob Boss’s house listened to. The Rival says he knows what the Mob Boss, and his gang said they were going to do to the rival’s family. You know the Mob Boss, the Hit Man and their gang are not going to sleep easy anymore ever. There is nothing more terrifying to a gangster than for his rival to know that he tried to kill him and failed because that means there is a man hunt and execution coming for him.
Jesus Christ in fact did die. Jesus didn’t recover from near death. Jesus came back from complete physical death. Jesus had love for us even as he died, so he was not conquered. Hold true to love of others even to death.
So the devil, death and evil demons thought they won when Jesus died on the cross. For three days these evil beings celebrated about the exploitative, perverse, and hateful things they’d do forever thinking they had control of reality itself. God heard it all. They were going on and on about this up until they got the Good News that Jesus Christ came back from the dead… Except to the devil, death and evil demons, it was not a sweet smelling fragrance, except a stench that kills. This was the single most terrifying thing that could ever happen to any being.
The devil, death and evil spirits rejected love. Do not reject love. Have faith. Jesus loves you! Jesus is LORD!
2 Corinthians 2:14 But thanks be to God! For in union with Christ we are always led by God as prisoners in Christ’s victory procession. God uses us to make the knowledge about Christ spread everywhere like a sweet fragrance. 15 For we are like a sweet-smelling incense offered by Christ to God, which spreads among those who are being saved and those who are being lost. 16 For those who are being lost, it is a deadly stench that kills; but for those who are being saved, it is a fragrance that brings life. Who, then, is capable for such a task? 17 We are not like so many others, who handle God’s message as if it were cheap merchandise; but because God has sent us, we speak with sincerity in his presence, as servants of Christ.
