What did Jesus say about Guns?

Jesus said nothing about guns. They were not invented yet. Ba da chssss.

Jesus knew guns would come in the future. What did he say about just wars?

Personally nothing, for he was the Solomon archetype focused less on war.

His top man John The Baptist did have something to say being of the David archetype.

Luke 3:14 Some soldiers also asked him, “What about us? What are we to do?”He said to them, “Don’t take money from anyone by force or accuse anyone falsely. Be content with your pay.” -Good News Translation

In this, we see soldiers honestly wanting to repent of their sin and asking how they do it. John did not tell them to stop being soldiers. John declared for Jesus that being a solider is not a sin. John told them not to be bullies for loot.

-One Philosophical paragraph about human nature-

If you understand human nature, we like to agree with those who agree with us. It’s called conformity and it works like a drop of water as people socialize in groups. Each little piece of water starts forming into one congealed drop as each person’s views align with each other. It’s unavoidable and sometimes self reinforcing. Examples you may be familiar with are: nasty nurses who treat old people like subhumans at nursing homes because they all start agreeing to do so, car salesmen who’s collective heads are up their butts like its the 1950s disrespecting women and scamming everyone they can for a couple extra bucks, billionaire culture who because they have so much think how they can use money to the fullest to achieve selfish goals such as engaging in prostitution, corporate culture who think greed is good and justifies what they do, totalitarian police forces who end up hurting people they don’t want to in fear of reprisal, liberals in big tech who discriminate against Christians and hate God. These cultures begin because some people in the circle strongly believe in these ideals and the others are too lazy to fight em, and then some want to understand why it happens see it in action, and joke about it. It’s complex, but the simple thing to see is,”When you get a group of people together with similarities, their views will start to conform to one another, leading to a culture of conformity that forms like a rain drop.” This is why parents often don’t let their kids socialize with the extremely terrible kids, it rubs off… I want to write a book on permissive parenting because allowing your kids to learn is great for their minds and morals but ya know, don’t let your kids make friends with a self destructive alcoholic kid.

I mention this culture because it helps you understand how soldiers were throughout most of history. War, war never changes. When you win a battle and kill your enemy army, they have lots of material goods laying around. People pick it up and keep as spoils of war. My pap took home a flag from Germany in WW2 and had a Japanese ornamental sword. There is nothing wrong from taking material goods from an army you defeated, the good kings of Israel did this. Remember in fact David kept Goliath’s sword after decapitating him with it. The problem arises that it leads to opening your mind,”We just killed people and took stuff, wow, hey what other things can we do as soldiers that most people can’t.” So as you enter into enemy lands, you might bully local citizens to give you stuff, and in some wars, citizens are military targets and it sucks, but it isn’t as morally black and white as taking loot from a battlefield. Then it gets worse when you bully your own people back home for loot. America had a problem with British troops garrisoning themselves in local wealthy citizen’s farms and consuming all their resources. The question is: Did the British soldiers even see Americans as their own people? Arguably it can be worse still if the leader of a nation chooses to fight wars simply to invade for loot. This is why John The Baptist says not to take money from anyone by force, he’s decrying bullying your own people to support the army, and not to fight offensive wars simply for loot.

Logically speaking, the only other kind of war is dealing with an enemy nation who seeks your destruction. If you’re not out to fight for loot, you’re out to defend your country. Offensive invasions into the other nation are almost certainly needed to fight a defensive war. In order to defend yourself and fight wars, you must have weaponry that can match or overpower your opponents weaponry. Because we require weaponry to fight defensive wars, biblically we know guns are a must. If we had no guns to lead a resistance against the British, they’d still be oppressing us today. Keep your guns, never surrender them, for if you surrender your guns or your freedom of speech, they can take away all your freedoms and you cannot stop them. Jesus wants you to be free. Jesus wants you to be confident in this age of lies where they’re out to confuse you. The possession of guns and never shooting them is a noble act for it slows enemies of freedom from doing too much at once. The left keeps saying the right wants to stage some sort of revolution or something as the left surrenders our rights to China and Iran angry they can’t do it faster. You don’t gotta stage a revolution. You don’t shoot the guns. You just keep the status quo rights we obtained from our Founding Fathers. The left is the one who’s out to push change, but they’re too dumb to realize they’re actually pushing for chains. You only get the shackles of slavery when you surrender your rights and believe the satanic lie that God would not want you to defend your family or nation.

This article was one I was thinking of posting for a long time, but I was reminded when I got food from a local church and got tasty deer venison from the NRA. So I went on twitter and thanked them:

Thank you @NRA, I’m poor and food insecure, and you provided venison through a local church when I was quite hungry. It reminded me to write an article about how John The Baptist declared self defense to not be a sin: https://fatherspiritson.com/2023/04/what-did-jesus-say-about-guns/ I’m one of the world’s leading theologians, having been the #1 guy people loved both left and right on reddit until being unfairly targeted by moderator groups for the mods admitting being knowingly nonsense accusations. I’m a @CarnegieMellon educated software engineer, but liberal big tech will never hire me because I’m Christian. I wrote many successful video games, but big tech refused to honor contracts and didn’t pay my companies over 1,000,000$ in royalties! Now I’m living in a place without water, but I know I got it better than John the Baptist who ate locusts and honey as well as Jesus who was homeless and destined for a painful death. I got it good, and I want to thank you. You have no idea just how much a bit of food means today when the government is being a bunch of jerks and trying too make us live on less. My grandparents bought 80 acres,a 3 story house, a 70’x60’x50′ barn on less than one year’s salary of an uneducated coal miner. Today, we have automation, scale, computing, and high education, but STEM kids often can’t even afford a house. There’s rampant corruption and bribe taking from overseas. Thank you. I’m almost crying now, kinda am. I’ve always been for social programs, but never thought I’d be on them since I was a straight A student with IQ so high they didn’t give me a number. But society is so wicked and unjust today, there’s no room for Jesus, just like there was no room at the inn. It’s good to have the one organization everyone demonizes there for you. You had my back today. And now I am crying. This is stupid the way the world works. Love you guys. Tell the deer hunters they made my day. Check out the article, it is heart felt: https://fatherspiritson.com/2023/04/what-did-jesus-say-about-guns/

And… John 15:18 “If the world hates you, just remember that it has hated me(Jesus Christ) first…
