I love you God!

John21:15 After they had eaten, Jesus said to Simon Peter, “Simon son of John, do you love me more than these others do?”

“Yes, Lord,” he answered, “you know that I love you.”

Jesus said to him, “Take care of my lambs.” 16 A second time Jesus said to him, “Simon son of John, do you love me?”

“Yes, Lord,” he answered, “you know that I love you.”

Jesus said to him, “Take care of my sheep.” 17 A third time Jesus said, “Simon son of John, do you love me?”

Peter became sad because Jesus asked him the third time, “Do you love me?” and so he said to him, “Lord, you know everything; you know that I love you!”

Jesus said to him, “Take care of my sheep. 18 I am telling you the truth: when you were young, you used to get ready and go anywhere you wanted to; but when you are old, you will stretch out your hands and someone else will tie you up and take you where you don’t want to go.” 19 (In saying this, Jesus was indicating the way in which Peter would die and bring glory to God.) Then Jesus said to him, “Follow me!” -GNT

God is love. The reason God stops people from doing bad things is so we don’t hurt each other for he loves us too much. God does not want to see us hurt. But we suffer because sin is in the world. Our sin can bring us pain like if we start a fight at a bar and that is not good. The sin of others can bring us pain even if we are being as good to others. When we suffer for doing good, it glorifies Jesus who suffered and died an excruciatingly painful and long death because he loves us.

John 3:16 For God loved the world so much that he gave his only Son, so that everyone who believes in him may not die but have eternal life. -GNT

Since God is love and wants us to love each other… God actually likes to be loved back. God has feelings believe it or not. Those hateful things people said to him on Earth, that really hurt him emotionally because he’s very very sensitive to how people care about him. God made us in love, to be his friends. God gave us free will to love him back. Use your free will to tell God,”I love you.” many times a day. Even say it over and over and over repeatedly in different happy tones.

Every good thing, every last good thing sent to us, is from God. Whether you get it, or someone else gets it, that good thing is from God. Do not be jealous of others things for this is a commandment of God to not be envious. Just realize the coming Heaven will make every last good thing you see here on Earth look dull in comparison. So if you think ANYTHING is good on Earth even if you do not possess it, then thank God, for you will have greater in everything quite soon enough if you stay in love. I’m pretty sure you have something to thank God for personally whether it is family, food, beauty of nature, games you like, music, movies, books or your pet being nice to you. Most everyone has many things to be thankful for without knowing it. So thank God and tell him “I love you”. Thanks is a form of prayer.

Seriously, make God happy. Keep telling him you love him during the day. Work to help others. And show God you love him by being loving to others. In Jesus name,”I love God!” “I love Jesus too!” “I love the Holy Spirit.”
