Opening:
God is real. God defeated the devil with the death of Jesus on the cross. Things are playing out since then, but God has won. People are seen by angels on how they go through troubled times and still have faith in Jesus. The devil will try and discourage us. This is why us as believers must keep our spirits. Also, we should try and stoke others. This is why this Daily Bread is about being stoked and stoking others.
Prayer of Forgiveness:
God, forgive us when times get so tough that we question if you’re up there, if you love us, or if you’re mad at us. You out of control love us. You send allow the hardest tests on those you know can handle it. Please God, do not send hard tests upon us. God, your will be done. Amen.
Movements of the Holy Spirit:
I asked God to send a shooting star(meteor) to commemorate roughly the five year anniversary of another miracle.
7/14/2014, God told me to pray in a specific way. He said he’d send a light. I figured to myself to leave the garage or he might blow out the florescent lights. I went outside. I thought to myself,”If this is of God, I will see a light immediate when I look up, maybe a shooting star.” I looked up, and immediately that second, I saw a shooting star.
6/26/2019: I spent a night with God for about an hour or two. I was just looking up at the stars and praying. I prayed for it to be like the semi official 5 yr anniversary of the prayer for I did not remember the exact day.
Well I asked for a shooting star. It did not come immediately. But after I prayed to God,”Instead of me seeking you to answer my questions, can you just guide my thoughts to be of you?” There was a nice long and streaking red-orange shooting star that went across the trees about the same place as the last one. I spent more time with God then went back to my room.
Thanks God. You did not answer the prayer, and you legit told me,”I promise you the prayer would be answered.” So I am still waiting on God. God never lets his promises go unfulfilled.
Abraham had to wait til he was 99 for his promise to be fulfilled. He is a great man, but he got impatient with God and tried to go his own way with Hagar and Ishmael. Many people throughout the Bible have gotten impatient with God and did it their own ways. May we not be impatient with God and let him answer prayers at the right time. Lets pray about a lot of stuff in a lot of ways. If God vetoes a prayer in one way, he may allow a similar prayer in another way.
Today’s Blessing:
I hope you get super stoked. I hope you feel like we did in the 80s getting high on life. If you do things right, you do not need drugs or alcohol to get high on life. Have a hobby. Enjoy your hobby, or find one. Maybe have a pizza or comfort food. Maybe go for a walk. Life isn’t meant to be bang,bang,bang one thing after another and you want to do none of it. If you can chill, chill. Just remember to get 1-2 hrs of exercise in a day, and definitely try and enjoy life. God likes it when you enjoy life. If you give him thanks, you can even enjoy the things you like more often and more intense. Be stoked, yo! God loves you! You’ll live forever with Jesus!
Praise for God:
The dude who is in charge for eternity is good. He loves us too. So eternity will be peaceful. Anything less than a good and loving guy in charge, and eternity wouldn’t be always awesome. Lets look forward to meeting the dude, by being cool and loving to all around us now. Amen.

Encourage those down and out. Pray you have the right words to say and actions to do.
Pray you are bold enough to stand up for Jesus and truth in a loving away.
Pray you can help others even in ways that don’t require charity.
