One way to stop evil from doing anything is to condemn it to Hell at the first time it does something evil. Thankfully this doesn't happen.
If this did happen, Earth would be a desolate unpopulated world. We're all sinners. We've all done at least one thing wrong in our lives.
Even if you never did anything major, lying is evil, and having ill feelings towards someone can be a sin. The important thing is not to
think,"Well if I was judge, I wouldn't condemn for sin x, but I would condemn for sin y." because it isn't our place to judge. The judge
in charge of all man kind must be a just and fair judge that did no sin. Only Jesus is sinless in all accounts and never did anything evil against
others. If people got condemned at the first time they did something wrong, they could not have the chance to be saved by Jesus.
