The problem of putting God in the box is that there is no box big enough to contain them. Even if you have perfect worldly knowledge,
you still do not know the mind of God. The only way to simulate God would be to perfectly know God, and we cannot achieve this on Earth.
Because we can't simulate God, it is bad form to say,"God should always do X in situation Y"
It also makes it really hard to make a video game with God as a character.
